gym/workout room decent enough to get a little something done if you dont want to miss a day while

the pool wasn't heated

was clean, but trash in hallways, ice machine room and laundry sat around for 3 days

indoor pool

the gym had plenty of equipment and met my needs as well

kids running around -literally running around for hours even though many complained about it

clean, location and everything needed for a quick getaway to see the kids

pool was closed with no heads up even though they said it had been closed for a while

don't mop floors at 8:00 am when traffic to breakfast and checkout is heavy.

our trip to bentonville was for medical reasons, so we didn't use the pool, gym, etc

the indoor pool was nice, and the gym is right next to it with a window that looks into the pool area

my grandson found a piece of glass in the bed, the linens didn’t smell clean and kids ran up and down the hall most of the night

pool looked amazing but not open yet due to short staff & covid sign said but we expected that so

anyone being loud or noises from other rooms and we were on the first floor right by the pool and gym, so i expected to hear loud noises

room smelled to high heavens, i mean it was like a gym bag or a smelly football team had been in the room before us

about her broken car, she put us in a handycap room that had a very low bed, unusable tub, and kitchen sink was good for handicap, but not for us

only comment (not complaint) i would have is the pool area is narrow and hard to have chairs/layout without feeling a little closed in
