the pool was a little small and somewhat chilly. the treadmill didn’t seem to work in the gym.

one thing i wish you could fix is the treadmill and elliptical in gym room

elevator barely worked, none of the other staff spoke english or offered helped or greeted me, gym area was outdated, odd and not sure if equipment worked, pool had hot water in it , jacuzzi did

i loved that they accommodated us in early check in and late check out

our suite had a full kitchen in it, which came in handy with the kids

no gym at this location, the waterpark could have opened a bit earlier.

i also liked how we were able to use the gym at the grand geneva included with our stay

i was not able to enjoy the lazy river because there is no rules for the kids to act crazy which is up-setting since there is other regular swimming pools and water slides

water park, beautiful suites, good food offerings, fun trolly rides, petting zoo and horse riding

the pool and gym areas were also very nice
