the only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up from our room when they were

we opted for breakfast in the room and i have to say that was one of the best decisions we made

the room was nice but not spectacular and the pool, though not used by us, seemed small for a resort of this size

comfy bed great tv swivels for viewing from any angle nice pool plenty of towels tesla chargers gym complimentary bottled water in room

room was beautiful and well-kept, the gym was extremely clean, the patio was gorgeous

especially one of the few options for family with kids as it has a pool

hotel was full of families and kids going to sporting events in the area

lounge, fireplace, adn gym all very useful for us

from the staff, the location, the comfort of the room, the outstanding dinner and the lovely breakfast

breakfast was served after i had to be at my events.

a push i wish the suites had tv’s and the waitress at breakfast offered variations of coffees but it didn’t effect our stay at all

stunning property, lovely pool area and gardens, warm hospitality

it is on the pricier side, and i wish it had a gym and a spa

gym at partner hotel was pretty limited

the advertise a gym but it s not on site.

would love to have a gym but it didn t take away from the overall experience.

the gym was also located on the other sister hotel

nice room and convenient laundry facilities.

didn’t like the fact that the shades didn’t close all the way and there were kids running around looking through the window

i like that the hotel has lots of family/ kids attraction in the property

brought my grand kids so the little swimming spot in the lake was great for them

location, brand new hotel, excellent gym and good breakfast

i used the walking machine in the gym room, very nice

my kids loved it and of course we'll be back

at breakfast sponge bob square pants was on tv at a volume making it hard to talk

kids love the indoor pool and i like the nice hot tub. breakfast is great for a hotel.

something could have been done instead of a brown bag breakfast

breakfast was better than most. loved the oatmeal fixings. bed was comfy. staff was excellent.

gym did not have enough equipment

we enjoyed the pool and had intentions of using the gym

the gym room is excellent but i didnt get time to try

breakfast options could be expanded. i miss having hot things for breakfast.

we had a family reunion of sorts in the pool area that was wonderful
