there was no gym, pool, or breakfast like was advertised

the gym has black mold/grime

the gym equipment did not work, none of it and the door in the bathroom would not shut.

the room, staff and breakfast were very nice. the location was awesome.

hallways and the elevator however, to be fair, i was quite satisfied with my room and the lobby/breakfast areas

we had to haul all our food and our kids back to the hotel room in order to eat

the kitchenette was the highlight for my stay since there was a fully-functioning kitchen where my

had a room facing the pool, so we heard the conversations of obnoxious late-night swimmers when our window was open

i wasn't able to use the pool or the gym which was very frustrating
