we were in town for a gymnastics competition at bracebridge sportsplex

pool looked lovely; gym was under construction

the room was spacious. gym, pool, hot tub and sauna was fantastic. we enjoyed our stay.

spa services are hard to book on weekends due to staffing

patio furniture, cottage decor and pool area is very dated

also can’t tell from the photos, but this is more of a hostel type situation, and is above a bar

cute bar and breakfast area, as well as comfy lounge area with fireplace

there was only one bar of soap and no other supplies, unlike what the photos showed

they had live music in the bar and i could still hear it in my room, while wearing earplugs

we did find half and half cream behind the bar (that was not part of the breakfast area)

gym is next to pool and way too hot - the fan doesn't help either, there's just too much heat

pool had a unpleasant scent which was not chlorine, one machine in the gym was broken

disposable cups of coffee and tea i didn’t make it for breakfast chose the little clean new gym beside the pretty little heated pool with windows to

the gym needs update, but the winter sports activities we did made up for the gym.
