the peace and quiet and the fitness room

the pool spa a bit too hot.. me and my kids had to come out and cool down every 7 -10 mins.

were great, comfortable bed, and loved having a kitchen

the gym and the pool were well-designed and were pleasant to use

need to improve parking as well as play room and gym

sent us to second floor but still the room was old didn’t look like the picture on website the gym was lock and we couldn’t use gym & pool at all the jacuzzi was so dirty

the covid-19 pandemic so the facility did not have the extra amenities open (pool, hot tub, gym)

advertise the hotel with a swimming pool and jacuzzi but they failed to mention it was not in service

the desk clerk said the $20 parking fee- included breakfast, but on booking

loved the pool and the friendliness of the staff--and the fact that you can text them when you needed

hot tub was cold and there were about 20 kids and adults in the hot tub- i don’t think they were even staying at the hotel

it was nice for kids to take a break from electronic devices; drawing,

the gym equipment has not been maintained very well, and neither of the tvs worked

the gym is really nice

also, gym is better than most and the location is excellent, with food and shopping within walking
