we were hoping to use the pool and hot tub but who wants to have to take a shuttle to get to and from the pool

and bar were closed during covid so that took away from the experience of an otherwise very nice inn

restaurant and bar - at least bar with food- was not open for new years especially

no bar or restaurant open. could not get a table at the big building.

gym facilities and outdoor pool

the gym is well equipped

kids arcade (for wet days), size of lobby, mount washington views from bedroom (and most dining

of the year (christmas school vacation) the lounge areas were overcrowded at times and all the kids activities (there were many) were not of interest to us

no canopy tours, no room service, no bike riding,

well - better than mine at home, i have not used a sauna in a hotel since my finland trip, the gym has gotten better than any other hotels i've been to

my kids loved the play room, pool and gym areas as well

liked the room space, comfy mattress, dry sauna, mildly warm pool, 24/7 gym, and free food in the morning

the inside hot tub was out of order. the gym needs an upgrade

we did not use the pool, gym or game room

gym was essentials and walls of the room was to thin that we heard the alarm of the others room

gym, pool, breakfast bar were all conveniently located

facilities (pool/gym) looked alright although i did not use them.

only the location. no toilet paper at all in the gym bathroom. low toilet paper in our room.

super indoor pool which was very relaxing after long drive and also gym room available
