gym equipment missing parts

there was building work all on the rooms, not terrace as stated, no pool, no hot tub or gym facilities

room is very clean and comfortable with a lot of lights. bed is comfortable too. gym is nice.

gym closed changing rooms mid-day took time away from skiing.

also used the gym - great

and water was dirty, staff in the restaurant was extremely rude, buildings look very outdated, gym had no equipment at the time of our visit

i was told the gym was fabulous (and the resort fee was mandatory for its use) but didn't get a chance to use it

the staff was exceptional from the valet, front desk, room service... every area excellent..

almost sadly, after telling the room service people every day of the poor quality of the coffee, the last morning we went to velvet

in aspen if you don t have a car but they not only gave us recommendations, provide us with a shuttle from / to airport and hotel to restaurants

very beautiful location amazing view, room service was great and very professional.

room service came at 8:20 am and knocked on the door our second day of honeymoon and woke us up

the proximity to the supermarket was really convenient as was the shuttle service to and from the airport

it's pretty centrally located so walking to every bar and restaurant is a breeze

we also enjoyed rooftop bar and hot tub

shuttle service to ski buses was very convenient

complete kitchen was great and would be especially good for guests staying several days

there is a lovely heated outdoor pool and 2 bathtubs, with beautiful views

they also have an indoor pool that is clean and warm

the gym was excellent

the pool was pretty gross filled with bugs and debris

the shuttle service to/from jas aspen festival was most appreciated too

the gym didn’t have a variety of different machines ( mostly treadmills ) the outdoor spa is not

stayed in eagle for a climbing comp and the gym was easy walking distance

would be nice if the gym was open later than 10pm

also the gym needs new equipment badly and needs to be cleaned

the gym was small and not 24hrs

but my son was a little disappointed the pool, hot tub, and gym were not available

the gym was a joke with no working equipment, which made me mad because it was one of the reasons i

almost nothing though a gym would be nice to workout at after the slopes
