we asked for pool towels

the pool is not open

they even flund toys for my small kids to play by the pool

pool was having a technical issue, they forgot to clean the bin in the room, the shower head

the room is cold in winter, the private pool is cold.

they were quick to assist us at the lovely heated outdoor pool with meals and drinks even though we were the only guests at the pool area

stuff didn’t tell that the restaurant next to the swimming pool is not working, water in the swimming pool was terribly cold

they have a gym in the second floor how makes a lot of noise. things can change for good.

breakfast should be better
