limited gym facilities

i was one of the first to check in, and they gave me a room by the gym right at the entrance on the 1st floor

the pool - mariah was also amazing at the front desk.

also wanted to mention we left our kids and pets behind with others for our special time to celebrate a friend's birthday on our stay

breakfast was great. king bed was comfortable. rooms and yards were fantastic.

and spa facilities were exceptional

meals were outstanding, especially at farm and upper pool area

was well thought out, loved the outdoor soaking tub, the fire pit, the staff (room service) was quick and kind, the cottage seemed thoroughly sanitized (+) we ordered room service for dinner and the pork dish was to die for (-) every time i called the front desk, room service or restaurants, there was no answer (-) room service took more than 2 (-) room service was barely edible and took over an hour for vegetarian pasta

the pool and spa are spectacular

kitchen and living room were not as clean as expected could use improvements and maybe even some

we got this hotel because of the breakfast it was pretty expensive and the second day there they didnt serve hot breakfast
