the staff was great i called for an early check in and they made sure it happened for me

it was 1:30 in the afternoon, standard check in at 3pm, requested an early check in when i booked, no refund even though we stayed at a different hotel

the pool was a bit cold

none of the advertised facilities or amenities (breakfast, pool, wifi, fitness center) are open or work well

pool was dirty and equipment in the fitness area was broken

fitness room had mostly broken equipment and then we got locked into the room

no breakfast no pool no fitness room how do they say they have these things when they don't

parking seemed a bit tight but nothing terrible.

staff was very friendly and accommodating to a late check out because of half marathon.

super clean, very friendly, great accommodations & the continental breakfast just enough

the only downfall was hearing footsteps and other kids running around, but we were in town for a dance competition and the staff did tell us that

limited parking with ample lighting.
