they provided a late check out, helping to book uber and even kindly provide eraser for my son
upgraded our room and even gave us late check out since it was our anniversary
late check out really should be open to all runners- this marathon brings $$$$ to your business

needed quarters for laundry
the laundry room could have been cleaner, and there were no cleaning products in the
i was able to wash my laundry from my long trip.
room was as expected, bummed covid ruined breakfast, wish that had been mentioned.
bathroom floor was broken, there was no laundry facilities (well, yes there were, they were broken for a while, then they had them fixed

our room had great decor, the room and bathroom were spotless, and the breakfast and the breakfast area, which included a couch and sitting area by a fireplace, were
difficult to find even using gps under remodel so parking was awkward

bathroom light did not work ;( we really would have loved to have a pool or restaurant inside of the hotel
there is no pool or hot tub as advertised

no pool as in pictures. rooms are on the dirty side. very old hotel .
