concierge was very helpful in finding us an amazing golf course to play

having a kitchen was an added bonus

like the location and restaurants and gym

swimming pool had way too much chlore, bloody mary was too strong

having a kitchen, a fireplace, and a nice, big bathroom in our junior suite

the hot tub next to the pool was great fun

kitchen not fully stocked.

spa did not have their act together at all.

beautiful and wonderful, tons to do for kids and as we had a kitchen we cooked a lot too.

stayed at the snake river lodge & spa and truly enjoyed my stay

facility; great pool for the kids; helpful concierge; window view was literally of a wall outside

the little room on other side of the bar where we enjoyed drinks, apps and played games with our kids

2br/2ba unit we were in was nicely appointed and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc

the only noise was the employee who drove the golf cart every morning

we also used the laundry facilities and sat on the front deck every night

we were able to do laundry on site and even though we didn’t use the hot tub, there is one onsite

we had been on the road for a week and was nice to use their laundry facilities

more choices for ordering breakfast, or if not possible, at least the ones advertised to truly be available

due to covid-19 restrictions the gym was not open, which did not bode well with the additional resort fee

there is a shuttle stop outside of the hotel that takes you to the mountain

shuttle was very convenient to take in and out of town. food at the bar restaurant was so good.

we did our laundry here and the washers and dryers, as well as the room, were spotless and convenient

to take a taxi from the airport (10-minute, easy drive), which was $60 for 1 adult and 2 kids

we had a wood fire place in our room which my kids loved

they also have a gym and laundry room, both of them very clean

cracks on pavement appear everywhere so be careful if you have little kids or seniors

beds, super nice staff, great breakfasts/pub on location, lots of extra activities

disappointed that none of the things around your hotel we open, like the alpine slide, minnie golf, etc

for an extra fee there were those to do at the property such as mini golf and an alpine slide

lots to do right next to the resort; alpine coaster, alpine slide, gondolas, mini golf, climbing walls, rope courses, hiking trails, etc
