much noise basketball tournaments going on kids running up and down the halls today and night couldn't get to the breakfast facilities no way

diana at the continental breakfast was kind, super friendly and went out of her way to help me, which was so appreciated

it was raining when we got there and they had large golf umbrellas to use and the afternoon cookies were a nice touch

located and to towndown and was great pool was good and warm

del at the bar was awesome. so helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

there are no coffee or tee at the room whereas we tried to have coffee at the restaurant’s bar at 4pm, this was visibly not a standard request and we quickly dropped the initiative

the bar downstairs feels as if you’re in your living room at home but better

salon bar had a good vibe and kay was an excellent bartender

the kids and i had a marvelous time. it was better than any hotel. we felt at home.

our bed was huge and very comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with many great amenities (snacks, fruit, bagels, etc
