it was close to mini golf and the ocean

we enjoyed the pool, the a/c, the tv in the living room area and the bbq grill and picnic table that was provided

we enjoyed the easy parking, room comfort and facilities

wifi is inconsistent which makes staying connected a problem, we already have bad cell coverage

wifi was incredibly spotty and we were located not far from the main office

did notice that there was no life preserver near the pool as in years past

the room, facilities, pool and barbeque are really attractive for families with kids

it keeps my sanity as every hotel/motel has kids/people above you and outside your room walking by

clean rooms, warm pool, great location, good price, and good people

close to everything i was doing and wish i could have stayed longer and took advantage of their pool

i would not have enjoyed being on the front overlooking the main road and mini golf course

location; just about a 10 minute walk to the wells beach, and numerous restaurants, stores, mini golf, etc

it was in a great location with access to restaurants, stores, mini golf, and short drives to the beaches in oqonquit and york

the apartment has wonderful furnishings, a nice kitchen and a beautiful bathroom

the kids loved the pool area and the grounds around the property were very well kept up

though not for me a 6000 square foot kids play area
