in town for a funeral and they allowed an early check in

great location, excellent value room. staff were great, even folded our laundry for us

a map of the the motel so it did take me a minute to find the ice machine that was located in the laundry room, but not a huge deal

night there were kids everywhere, unattended banging on our door and screaming until past the quiet hours

it was very frustrating traveling by yourself with 3 kids and driving for 5 hours to get to the hotel and not be able to even check in

so many activities on the property, such as the big ferris wheel, mini golf, light shows inside and out and the aquarium

virtual playground for everyone in the back of the hotel with a ferris wheel, mini golf, aquarium, carousel, and amazing food options

show, walk the garden and water area, feed fish, ride a ferris wheel with arch views, play mini golf, even go to the aquarium

we ate at the restaurants and enjoyed playing mini golf

extra charge on room service is unreasonable

everything was amazing! the pool, the facilities, the food, the beds!

ordered room service and they gave us a 35 minute, time window

didnt like that the spa was booked and i couldnt enjoy a spa date with my wife and her birthday

not good when you have little kids

my kids were terrified to continue staying there

it's about an 15-20 minute walk to the arch (with kids).

the lounge was comfortable, and the open pool area was perfect

well stocked kitchen, a large room to visit and unwind, and close to barnes hospital, exactly what i was looking

however, at the breakfast bar i received a breakfast sandwich, but the attendant didn’t heat it

room had no grab bar in shower or mat for bathtub to eliminate slippery tub floor

was hoping there was a pool for kids to relax in while we were at the hospital with another child

no pool for the kids.

very clean and a nice size. my kids loved the popcorn and cookies.

gym was kind of small but was ok.

this property was mostly adults the workout room was like a real gym it was huge and it had a movie theater inside the hotel i thought that was very cool and it was

next door to a live music venue, bowling alley, mini-golf, shops, and places to eat

convenient to my kids college and there were many places to get a bite to eat during the late

most wonderful theme and memorabilia!! the roof top bar is fab!!

great location, fantastic price and very clean. rooftop bar is great at sunset!

while we did not eat at the hotel, we did get drinks in the bar which were very good

breakfast was good as well as the service loved the bar and grill

also, the fitness center was exceptional

our anniversary, justin at front desk bumped my wife and i to club level to enjoy the snacks and breakfast close-by

we also enjoyed breakfast snacks and coffee which was available in the lobby
