fab place to spend a night. we were just passing through but believe they do golf breaks

totally recommended also for those who won't play golf

beautiful view across the golf course to distant hills from the dining area

location very good for exploring the area and the hotel and golf course set in excellent surroundings

the location is excellent as it is situated by a golf course in a secluded area.

we stayed in the 4 bedroom house, right next to the golf course

we didn't use the golf facilities though as it was a work weekend away yet they looked great too

we don't play golf we went for a girlie week 4 key workers taking a break who had been working since march solid

golf club house is really quite dated and the staff there seemed a bit unwelcoming to my husband

perhaps a small bar area? perhaps better reading bedside lighting. but these are small things.

were not told about bar closing although were offered a drink before they left

breakfast was excellent good service very friendly staff. cooked well not greasy nice and hot.

really liked the bar that is great for a late night chat and decent drinks / cocktail options

the wifi wasn t great but that was explained on the information sheet.

only issue was no working wifi available.

the televisions are very small and although wifi is strong the internet is very poor or unavailable

staff were very friendly and professional - we also loved the spa facilities

it was quiet, pleasant surroundings, plenty of parking, lovely view from room

price includes gym, pool access etc but would prefer a cheaper price without this access

staff were all friendly and helpful, we loved the pool and hot tub, the breakfast was lovely with a great variety of hot and cold food

the village itself was a disappointment but very convenient for an evening event at the golf club

this we were all made to feel so welcome by maxine the landlady, she even allowed them to use the bar facilities she was simply the best, we all just hit it off and we had such a laugh throughout

could have been cleaner and the service improved, there was no wifi and the room were a bit smelly

we found an alternate property for 100 a night and which received room service breakfast, which was hot food

from the coffee machines were too close to the juice machine, more of a safety aspect , as young kids were helping themselves to the juice and knocking into the coffee machines
