also never informed us about no laundry room

pool closed due to bacteria, laundry not available, we were told everything was available, under construction which was not

they didn't seem to understand what i meant by door between rooms we were traveling with alot of kids

the pool has too much chlorine, the kids eyes burn badly and headaches after swimming, pool area is too hot/steamy

limited dining options and hours for room service. needed to order out after our event.

we were allowed early check-in and really appreciated the late check out time of noon

from 6th floor to 9th floor so i profited from a better view and they compted me a drink at the bar so that was nice compensation for the hassle of moving
