waiting hours and hours for clean towels because the hotel was 'doing laundry' ended up taking towels from an empty room just two we could shower

guest laundry was even worse…so filthy we had to drive to a laundromat instead

the fact that i had to park my car a block away and walk back to the hotel noise from the calypso bar did not stop until 2
