overall the apartment had an average standard with a modern kitchen

towels with disgusting smell; items in the kitchen had not been washed possibly in months; the sofa was also old and looks dirty

bed was uncomfortable, the kitchen,bedroom and the bathroom looked bad, they have not been repaired for a long time

think that the hotel sings its own praises: the rooms have lovely views over the the adjacent golf course and it does not advertise the fact that there are two separate tram stations 5 minutes

most beautiful beach in the area, the view from the room was amazing a lot of palm trees and a golf course that had a considerable sized lake
