we had a lovely unit and great shuttle service!!

the pool floor has some defects and were harsh on the kids' bare feet

fold out bed needs updating. kids were uncomfortable because they can really feel the spring.

lions head was amazing garrett is his name he is superb… s’mores at 5pm every evening for the kids was the bomb… there were so many amazing jamaican staff at the hotel

location is very close to ski lift in lionshead. and the full equipped kitchen was also great!

the bar area was pleasant, although could not accommodate the numbers of people

that the main lobby area has been taken over by a big central bar - not family friendly any more

it's a bit much when people can hold their dog at the bar where people eat and drink
