the service is awesome, the rooms are soo exclusive and sooo pretty, always clean and tidy, the gym is cozy and never crowded, the pool area is really pretty, i have grown fond of the employees

the foyer gets very busy in the evening with people waiting to go up so probably not a hotel for kids

that i could fault was the hotel had a number of mix ups with food that we ordered - bringing room service but not knives and forks, wrong breakfasts, long wait times

booking the stay, tried to get spa reservations but everything could not be accommodated until 2 or 3 days after the long weekend
