the pool

i did not like the staff or the room service.

was no wifi for a day and a half

isn't anything about this hotel i don't like, except maybe the parking situation

my kids and i agreed this was the nicest hotel on our whole trip

the sidewalk an parking lot wasn't cleaned off from snow very good at all.

the other glaring issue is they have no parking lot lights so coming back/ leaving at night or even just going to fetch something from the

parking could have been shoveled more and treated for the ice. it was very slippery.

we stayed here to swim with our kids and use the hot tub

pool time was uncomfortable, where were their parents

no trash can for the kitchen area.

kitchenette supplies were missing

breakfast had a good variety and i appreciated accommodations for needing to take it to my room

the one bedroom suite is like having a small apartment and it’s great to have a kitchen to prepare small meals

desk staff pool room atmosphere close to where i need to stay from a nite out with family and friends

staff and the free laundry facility 24 hours a day

nice kitchenette let me heat food and make coffee, very comfortable bed and pillows

needed a late check out and they worked with us, incredible experience

i did not get a chance to use the small gym, but had at least some weights and treadmill

it had a kitchen.

hotel has an indoor swimming pool which is great

i didn't use the gym and wanted to go to the pool, but the water in the pool was very cloudy and unappealing for

very comfortable bed and bedding. very nice amenities. no pet fee up front.

the pool water was very cold.

gym area wasn t air conditioned

the location, the room, the pool and spa, the staff, and the breakfast.

there was room service for a multiple night stay

we missed breakfast, and he offered to get us some

complimentary breakfast

i thought everything from the room service to the room itself was excellent!

location- modern - restaurant and bar on site

place was cute & pretty great was very clean, the gym was perfect for a small hotel gym, better than expected

very clean. nice bar and amazing bartender, rick

it's in an open bar space around a wall sort of

the food and drinks were great and the bar tender went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of

perfect breakfast; cosy bar next doors.

there is a very nice restaurant and bar which i didn't eat at, but it smelled great and it is a very relaxed laid back pub you should

inn staff was very accommodating, allowing for a late check out after the bolder boulder

the pub had great food and the well-stocked bar made me wish i was drinking

despite the bar next door, we found it to be quiet

the golf course

is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location - not especially close to a lot of places but with a golf course and resort pools

the golf course was exceptional

easy walking on sidewalks off property past parks and ponds, close location to golf course and retail

was a convenient location for visiting friends and golf

the place was gorgeous, the staff was great, and the parking was convenient

the room was clean and breakfast was great.

spa bath in the room is cool but none of the jets work so it's a giant bathtub in the room for no

breakfast was excellent inspite of covid-19 restrictions

you had to call to get wifi, and the phone didnt'

great location, value, amenities, breakfast and amazing manager

everything was very good..the breakfast was very good and so was the coffee...

child had an accident in the pool so for sanitary reasons the pool was closed during our

comfortable bed, great breakfasts, nice pool and hot tub.

provided breakfast options were awesome

ice maker was not operating, maybe the level bar was up making it seem full

breakfast was not great.

the main dining and bar area was light and airy considering we were in the centre of the city

nice gym, crackhead had his pipe out & was eating junk food watching tv

nice room with kitchen great breakfast
