after i settled in i went into the bar for a drink and the clientele were very friendly and clearly enjoyed the atmosphere of the

offered breakfast at golf club 1/2 minutes up the road at a 10% discount and of course room fee adjusted

you had to walk to the golf house for breakfast if you wanted it or go into dodworth to get refreshments

had to walk to the nearby golf club which was only 10 minutes

wifi worked well but we had no mobile phone coverage so problematic if you don t have whatsapp or

the golf course surrounded the entire place which made it look green and relaxing

location for our needs and in lovely quiet position next to the golf course & hall grounds
