it does not have a lift, refrigerator in the room or basic hotel information in the room, such as wifi password, etc

we wanted to order room service and ask about the fan but we had to ring around the kitchen and the restaurant and

mixed messages from staff, day 1 - room service breakfast ordered did not turn up, day 2- told breakfast on till 11

we had a booking at another bar along the road and decided to leave early just so we could go back and have a drink at our

close to ferry. early check in.

the hotel also has a snug and nicely stocked bar and a italian restaurant attached

meal we had in bar was lovely service was good and reasonably priced

george at reception was amazing. the bar staff were good and the indian food was fabulous.

we arrived there was no parking available for our guest house but was able to use a parking space that was available at the

location on the water with an excellent breakfast and comfortable bed

breakfast was delicious - full scottish fry up, salmon and avocado spot on

table as we looked out over the wonderful view mentioned earlier free

she met us at check in and looked after us at the bar all night with some great conversation
