also, the family side picnic area & grill next to the pool w/ the lawn chairs

it was quiet had a pool and they were keeping up with updating the property

it also was a bonus to have a trolley stop right outside the rv park making travel easier

everything was very clean and the pool was really nice

i was unsure about staying here as we normally stay at the hotels with an indoor pool (for the kids) but it was

is a new hotel, clean rooms, breakfast is included and very good

the room was amazing and my daughter loved the pool

was a little bummed out that the spa that was listed did not work in the room

the stopper in the spa was small but it did stop the water

there was a shower plus a spa tub

ask for bath salts for spa tub

room had fireplace, comfy bed, super shower, river view, great restaurant and bar on site, dedicated parking for each room

tub was great on a rainy day, comfortable beds, free breakfast was good, pancake house and mini golf was next door

miniature golf right next door was an added plus for my grandsons

flapjacks pancakes directly next door and mini golf

and in a location away from the crowd but close enough to walk to shops, eateries, and hillbilly golf (a gatlinburg must)

love the fireplaces outside. along with the mini golf and close to the gas station

we were close to an outdoor pool, mini golf, and a bar area

the restaurant on site was soooo good, pools the golf, waterpark and definitely my favorite starbucks on site

several of the staff on the golf karts almost hit us because they were driving way too fast

got us was we didn t know when we got there we had to purchase waterpark bracelets seperate from the booking when it was never stated in anything that we had too

the only thing is the water park isn't included.

pool towels provided and it was quiet even though we were right in front of the pool

very close to the harrah's casino and downtown cherokee

wish we would have been offered a first floor unit as we were a single night stay and had little kids

away from the casino but close enough (walking distance) to shops, restaurants, etc

kids loved the pool

we were there to go golfing, and the golf course was lacking

property was in great condition i had a great time, the golf course is one of my favorites and i enjoy playing here once a year

very little to do on property; golf course, swimming pool, volleyball net, billiard tables, coin operated air hockey

outdoor pool(seasonal), indoor pool, hot tub, playground,billiards and golf

i had a great experience with the bent creek golf village ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great

- cigarette smoke and buds all around - worn out sign, rooms, reception area - very high $25 pet fee for a 2 star

$25 per day pet fee was not advertised. we felt that was excessive.

we were told that the laundry facility was available but there was an out of order sign, lady said they wouldn't take

we have 4 adults and 3 kids which is 2 rooms and we always get next door to each other as that’s what request and they

pool times were not great.

i loved that it had a heated pool and a bar open late

and drinks from the bar and staff was excellent

other guest smoking in the building, not having laundry equipment at the main resort building

loved the activities available for kids as well as the pool area that had a slide and was shallow for safety purposes

also there is a $20 nonrefundable per pet fee they don't have listed with booking, it has a 15lb animal limit

parking is difficult to small for larger vehicle also wished we had a extra blanket and a king size

you can walk across road to golf, go carts, restaurants

lower level of parking garage closed, so had to leave truck across the street on other side of pool

there was an rv park behind this property but also a creek to listen to and watch the

my grandson enjoyed having wifi and the swimming pool

i thought i rented a king room with a spa tub and couch but ended up with a small room with only the king bed

didn't have breakfast

wish the pool was a little bigger

pool could have been bigger and could have had a kiddy pool so we wouldn't have to worry about the

a suggestion - it would be better if you had an enclosure around your dumpster in the parking lot
