she went above and beyond to make sure i got all information i needed with parking situation

bath cubicle is too small & inadequate laundry facilities

and sheets in room for sleep sofa, no microwave in room, remote didn t work tv, don t provide laundry bags for dirty clothes

king guest room was beautiful and comfortable the lobby was amazing there is a bar and outdoor campfire overseeing ny

what i understood from the staff is that in the building there is a gym, and that's where the noises come from

no coffee from bar; very noisy bar fri and sat evenings

great room lovely location upper west side between amsterdam and broadway. well equipped gym

never could get our private browsing service to cooperate with the hotel's wifi, so we had to go to a nearby starbucks to do some financial transactions on our laptop

practically no wifi in our room

very kids friendly and easy to get there with the metro

indoor breakfast space consists of only 2 tables, which makes me wonder what people do during the cold

more seating in the breakfast area.

after finally getting up the people across the hall young kids were trying to get back in their room

stayed here with my family (with 2 kids) for 3 days in april 2017 while i was visiting new york during spring break
