character hotel set in beautiful grounds with nicely tended gardens, bar and breakfast/ reception areas really good (but only accessible at certain times) large terrace

swimming pool was not so clean

i ask the front desk the night i checked in why the wifi was so bad i was told to i should just except the why it was because they had just reopened a

the wifi connection was intermittent and bad. the door to our room was very difficult to open

it has small gym although better say a couple of cardio machines and some

were no facilities in the room - no tea and coffee making - and no bar fridge

just down the road is a great restaurant and even a mini-golf

we got two connected rooms for the kids and they were over the moon with their 'welcome sweets'

is only minutes from san sebastian and france, good for adults or kids
