i booked a suite room with a spa, and the spa was quite nice, though a bit outdated, and by that i mean it seemed past its prime

online deceiving, strange room layout, had to ask for towels, no washcloths, nothing in kitchenette area, 5th pull out bed not made had to ask for sheets, shower difficult to figure out,

when we arrived we find out that the space is but no kitchen equipment like plates or spoons
