jack s bar was cosy although we didn t have a drink there

wifi was not great and kept dropping out when in rooms but worked better in dinning/lounge area on

car parking closer than 400 to 600 yards which had to be vacated by 0930

wifi failed to connect, despite the manager's continued attempt to get the it supplier to upgrade

breakfast, dinner was very good and the barman was very professional

breakfast was of a high quality and i really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel

at the bar for a drink were very busy with the meal time drinks, so it was a long wait at

wifi and television signal kept dropping out

main bar was open to the public which meant that it could get a little noisy at times but hotel guests

comfortable with great restaurant and swimming pool

menu in the restaurant was the same as the bar + a small fixed price menu

the pool, gardens and health spa were great

only had continental breakfast in the restaurant so are unable to comment on the food served

i went out of season so the pool, sauna and jacuzzi were not in use, but looked lovely

at bus times and ferry updates due to bad weather forecasts and helped us out with additional car parking whilst we went to herm

wifi needs improvement. better showers in the bathroom

the little bar was nicely stocked and the area comfy
