lovely leisure facilities consisting of both an indoor and outdoor pool with a gym

were on a long weekend (2 adults, 2 young kids) from a neighbouring island (-)pool had a little too much chlorine in to swim for too long hit the kids loved it (despite the red (+)location was perfect, so handy to town and a brilliant kids park and huge coop just around the corner (+)spacious family room and the kids enjoyed the pool. nice complimentary biscuits! (+)great staff very helpful. relaxing. pool area nice. kids loved it. (-)creaky floorboards in the hotel room which made it difficult once the kids were asleep to move around the (+) had a swimming pool for the kids

a suite overlooking the open bar area is not the greatest if you have a baby you are trying to get off to sleep but music was

the hotel gym was small but good quality but the spa, sauna and pool were incredible

but i have a couple of suggestions: it would be nice to have somewhere to recline and read in the spa area

limited parking space.

facilities such as the gym, spa and pool were absolutely fab

location, and has a old character to the hotel , on site parking , ev charger in car park

being above the laundry and kitchen you could hear va lot of noise

wifi only available in the lobby or lounge, although our room was above reception and we discovered

unfortunately the bar shut at 10 30 pm

the price it's unfair to be too critical, the wifi can only be accessed on the lobby floor, there was tea making facilities but nothing else and

overall experience reminded me of times gone by, waiter service, the bar and tv room reminded of holidays of my childhood, just a fantastic guest house feel, just like

the kids loved the pool, the changing area and pool were both incredibly clean

parking was a little difficult at times but staff extremely helpful and any problem resolved

the road could be loud at busy times as it was near the room but it stopped early enough for the kids to sleep

the spa was wonderful and staff were exceptional

possibly rooms need a little updating & the pool could be warmer
