easy to find, clean, nice pool and decent breakfast

i booked mainly for the bar and pool, neither of which i participated in

the cleanliness of the pool and gym was also much appreciated

they allowed me to do early check in

upstairs maybe kids were running up and down making noise

efficiency of hotel! all the amenities. food at bar breakfast great wide variety

was kinda noisy, walls are thin so you hear people/ kids in the halls and other doors slamming but it wasn’t unbearable

the manager gave us another room so my kids could have a place to sleep, but that room smelled like someone died

early check in the morning attendant brianna was very helpful and accommodating

lady at the front lied and said i did not need to check my kids in because they are kids

lots of kids channels on tv which is good for kiddos

the pool is dirty

i forget her name but was very sweet and was very helpful in giving us a room right near the pool easy access for my children

was leftovers in my small refer from someone else, the bath vanity was falling apart, some of the gym machines malfunctioning

i found a bar of soap that had been used shoved in between the towels & the headboard of the bed had

no bath gel or lotion. just bar soap.

california governor imposed a curfew which mandated the bar to close at 10:00

aj that runs the shuttle to the airport customer service was superb and did a very good job

no refrig or micro in room. no vending machine on our floor. kids on upper floor just yelling.

close to sports complex, spacious clean rooms, has a little kitchen

reception breakfast buffet clean outdoor pool and hottub shuttle to airport and reasonably priced fee for parking at

sunny suite, kitchenette, clean, quiet, basketball court, lounging in courtyard, laundry room.

i also liked that there was a free shuttle to sacramento international

rooms was spacious and clean, great waffle breakfast
