most people that stay @ the hotel are gone most of the day & when they return, the pool & courtyard are closed

really love the quick response and help for my ac in my room, breakfast was awesome and specially the staff was so warm and friendly

it wasn't included, didn't want to spend that much on breakfast.

gym was open and the staff was polite.

my autistic son loved the hot tub and pool

to outside had a huge gap on bottom of door way, ceilings looked unrepaired from prior damage, laundry room was in total disrepair, fire alarm kept going off every 10 min, people were cooking in

family had both breakfast for mothers day and lunch the following day and both were amazing

kids trying to make echo sounds, banquet tables being set up, brunches etc

stayed before the flight and eric took care of us. needed shuttle at 3:30am they were awesome.

the hotel is older, but we found it to be very clean and enjoy the pool and the outdoor area

was really easy to check-in, the bed was very comfy, there was food in the kitchen, the living room is full of light and it's right by washington park so i was able to go

the room, the decor, the kitchen access, it was overall a great experience and i will definitely be returning for leisure

in a gorgeous state park with great golf, a lovely spa, tennis, swimming, abundant walking and biking trails, and within easy walking

location set in the middle of saratoga springs state park, with lovely championship golf course on site

state park and spa which includes walking paths, pool, mineral baths , historic buildings and a golf course

kids were not being watched in pool area… one small child without a diaper on had an accident and
