no staff member when i checked out, breakfast not provided when advertised.

wish the continental breakfast was up and going but that's ok

there was no breakfast - not even coffee. the room, personnel and location were great.

there was no breakfast, was disappointed about that.

the breakfast needs a few more options on cereal.

i have 5 kids and they were trying to rush them along and were snooty

but it would've been nice to have a microwave in my room and a laundry facility for guests

most importantly i booked for the pool for my kids and that wasn't available either

but to be fair, we have 4 kids

over great staff & good hotel. pool & hot tub were fun for kids!

plenty of towels at the pool, we'll kept building and the two bedroom room was great

great mini kitchen with dw and big frig. dishes etc. lots of storage in room

to royal oak music theatre and had a lovely breakfast at a diner within walking distance

they had a bar with lots of drinks, snacks to order, and free breakfast bagels, pastries, and coffee – would

the breakfast dinner didn't open until 8

we love getting the discount at the village grill for breakfast

even texted to ask for a late check out and was greeted with a cheerful yes answer

like that it was located close to great lakes crossings mall, top golf, downtown detroit wasn’t to far

nice gym, great location.

it was a soccer tournament and the hotel was full which was a good thing just with a lot of small kids that made it a little noisy that weekend

good variety of breakfast options.

clean quiet comfortable rooms pool and hot tub great for kids

there used to be free drink vouchers for the bar during a 'happy hour' or something like that, and now there is just a discount voucher instead

great hotel with very friendly staff. wonderful breakfasts and very clean updated rooms

only thing i didn't like was the kids playing on the elevator which wasn't to big of a deal but other than that it was a beautiful
