perfect for our needs in playing golf in the area

there’s not much in rathdrum itself, although we did enjoy a round of crazy golf at the local camping site

the daily breakfast choices were extensive and

to be something like this: a beautiful place surrounded by lush green hills, next to a wonderful golf course, with 2 fantastic restaurants that serve delicious meals and everyone

golfers arrived in with muddy shoes to have drinks in the beautiful lounge

had all the toiletries, the little garden outside our room was nice with a good view to the golf course

breakfast was delicious and the attention of the hosts was of a great standard

no tv in the room. (it wouldn't have bothered me if the kids hadn't been with us)

to get the keys in to it, our bathroom door had no handle on it which was dangerous if there were kids in the room

the restaurant room was closed for the night, but we got accommodated in the cozy bar and ordered from the restaurant menu, which was very artistically created, cooked and presented

the bar is small and cosy and the dining room is shaped and laid out in a way that you have plenty room

morning even with the windows open -breakfast was smaller portion than dinner was -person in the bar was a little aloof and oblivious, many errors with drinks and the service felt sloppy -music

with lots to do, david and laura were very helpful and told us the best places to visit, the kids loved playing with the owners dogs, dogs are very friendly, great garden for the kids to play

we arrived late (7pm), left early (7am) so although there wasn't time for breakfast, check in was welcoming and efficient, and we had a comfortable night's sleep

we had a great sleep, perfect breakfast we will return

we booked a few days here to get away and play some golf and ended up staying 2 extra nights it was so good

i was surprised to hear that the golf course was not operable as it seems to be a

room too warm. very disappointed that the golf course had closed. that was our reason for going!

accommodation was very good, the apartment was spacious, the kitchen well equipped, everything was clean

room i booked had a kitchen with toaster , fridge & cooker

poor which made it very noisy but not really a problem for us as we are early birds with young kids, just didnt have a great sleep with the noise but didnt mind too much either

the kitchen and sitting room area have two fold out beds that are hidden in a drop down compartment
