didn't like how the pool wasn't opened

beds were too soft, construction and road work, no laundry facilities and no breakfast included.

no guest laundry, restaurant closed on the day we arrived.

liked the fact that it was right on the highway , plenty of facilities such as pool and gym

the yoga mat in the gym needs to change out. it's very old and flaking.

did not use the pool though i can't comment on that

the pool and patio were closed and there was debries and garbage in the back area

i wish the pool was bigger.

the laundry facility is very convenient

lots of onsite facilities, including a laundry room and gym and restaurant

beds, plush towels, cleanliness and clean scent of bathroom, morning breakfast, pool

bed, nice kitchen area, functional bathroom, good location with amenities nearby, friendly staff

the gym had a non working treadmill and no heavy weights or a proper bench

the pool and gym room were too small. the breakfast did not have much variety.

another family and the hotel managed to place us in adjoining rooms which was fantastic for the kids to roam without disturbing others

the breakfast in the insulated bag that was left on the door was fantastic

they left me a beautiful christmas card and some chocolates upon check in and after dinner were greeted with champagne flutes to celebrate new years

restaurant and bar open at right times. breakfast was exceptional value of a mere $5.

they also have a bar with some video slots

it costs more than a really nice 3-4 star hotel with pool and included breakfast in niagara falls for example

bar is there but not open (does not look like it’s been open in a long time)

kids loved it

suite with spa bath and all, was very good and spacious

was great, staff were very helpful, rooms were clean, wifi was reliable and the kids were happy about that

we also appreciated getting a light breakfast on site to get us back on the road

pool, slide and spa were fun.

breakfast was good, no elevator and we had many bags so they switched our room to main floor with
