from bar downstairs

the bar downstairs wasn't too loud, either

loud bar down below that goes until 4 am but nothing the owners’ fault.

room was above the bar and there was a definite bass sound that could be heard from the music until 2 a

street noise from the bar underneath.

our breakfast was very nice, many excellent options

there's also a huge free parking area surrounding the hotel (the entrance is on the left), so finding a spot is never an (-)the parking lot for my car (+)it was the best breakfast i had on my trip. it also had lots of free parking around the hotel. (-)car parking outside the hotel. few options on the bar menu (+)location, parking, quiet rooms (+) parking is free (+) plenty of parking in the lot behind the hotel (+) no parking belonging to the hotel (-) also, no parking belonging to the property (-)to park some distance away, walk through the construction site to hotel and ask how to get to the parking

the grounds are beautiful and include a large pool

to improve: lack of gym the spa is small so it should have some hours a day only for adults, in a spa area you are expecting
