there are two pools on premises

swimming pool was great for the kids. plenty of parking. clean rooms.

couldn't get wifi in my room

it needs some renovation. the top floor pool is rather small, wifi was laggy.

the car park smelt nice as the laundry room must have been near! wifi great. staff friendly.

breakfast was great

we spent some time at the bar playing pool as well as time in the greenhouse hot tub and it was very memorable

the double bed was small

much like the rest of facilities ie pool, spa etc

men that greeted you upon your arrival were always there to open doors, help with luggage and golf clubs, and always with smiles on their faces

they even had specialty toiletries set up for our young kids, crayons and coloring books available during meals, and special treats when we came home late

location - wonderfully friendly staff - beautiful rooms - both restaurants are tasty cons: - no spa / jacuzzi - breakfast gets very repetitive

location of the hotel was perfect, breakfast was excellent, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful

november when it was rainy so we booked the hotel especially to be able to warm ourselves and the kids up in the spa

room service did not answer when we phoned so we ended up placing our order and bringing it up from

a covered balcony that can be opened (which was great on windy and rainy days), fully equiped kitchen, there was everything i needed

appartment is very spatious with a bedroom, big living room/kitchen/dining room and with a terrace

there are several amenities, such as a beautiful pool and a cool barbecue area

the pool is great and the garden really beautiful to walk through

the pool is 9m large and a really great highlight, its new, very clean and an outstanding refreshment

check-in, with mocktails, golf cart to room and tour

kids crying and banging spoons against their bowls, chairs scratching on the floor, the noise of

really good breakfast and very innovative sushi with an azorean twist

nice large bathtub in main bedroom for the kids

the temperature of the wellness area because in hot days might be also too high inside for a good gym work

as someone who rented a car, there was plenty of parking for guests

4 bedroom house for 3 nights and further 2 nights on the junior suits on the ground floor by the pool

location was exceptional, with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean

views, the service, the food - breakfast and dinner, the lovely bright rooms

the small infinity salt pool was nice after hiking all day
