contact with room service or reception quite a few times and a few items were missing from my breakfast

hard to say but if i had a negative point, there was a lot of kids staying that splashed in the pool and screamed

we arrived late morning and asked to park straight away even though check in is not until 3

we asked for late check out but this wasn't passed onto the housekeeping team so they were trying to get into
