everything was clean and recently refurbished the gym was well equipped

the gym was very basic with a couple of machines and not much else

gym was small and did not have a pool etc as the other holiday inn hotels i’ve stayed in.

the room was close to the bar so it was noisy but this is to be expected

expensive breakfast as kids eat free only applies to under 12 not under 16 like other places .

i wanted a cheap hotel a short distance from where i was playing golf the next day and the hotel provided that

staff wer friendly we wer served by a guy at the bar after a night out had a good chat and took out drinks upstairs to drink in the room

the bar / restaurant area was nice and the food was definitely a bonus!

early check in on christmas day fulfilled so i was able to return for the night later and get

a little bit of a walk to nearest amenities but the hotel had a bar and restaurant

vacuuming from house keeping at 8am on the landing and knocking for room service at 9am

food was nice i had and evning meal and the breakfast was a lovely calm experience would go back when in the area no problem

a lot with work and normally hide in my room, but for once felt so comfortable i sat in the bar on my own

furthermore, the bar located within the hotel itself was an added bonus

double beds the second room was to much the same standard but with a king size bed as ther were 3 adults so 2 rooms

large period room with a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and a whirl pool bath

very relaxing location. lovely views over the golf course and lake.

was lovely warm and clean, with the benefit of being very peaceful with a fantastic view over the golf course

i really recommend the dinosaur golf the course is absolutely fantastic and the dinosaurs are amazing with sounds and movement

all over though we requested non smoking room the establishment is not for kids even for n overnight which this was for us loud fighting or partying neighbours couldn’t

we had arrived on a bank holiday and that evening the bar and other parts were not open, which was a shame, but was not a problem

on the evening the flirts bar is really friendly

big hotel, lot's of parking (which you do have to pay for but not bad price), nice bar and restaurant area, they do have leisure facilities but we didn't use them (+)was clean, staff were friendly (except one female) however breakfast was lovely and the bar was brilliant (+) the bar was very convenient for us and it was just a good no hassle stay (+) evening meal was excellent in the restaurant, and staff in there and the bar were brilliant too (+) every area reception, restaurant & bar so friendly and efficient (-)needed more bar staff (+)desk and the bar staff were excellent (+)from reception to bar and waiters and waitresses were fabulous (+)rooms were clean and tidy and bar area was very nice. staff super friendly

and very good location for the belfry golf club

we requested an early check in as we had a wedding to go to, and they had the rooms ready for us when we arrived

the bar closed on time. can't call this a bad thing just a shame as it was bed time
