the wifi was virtually nonexistent

(-) tv reception hard work to get due to wifi (-)bathroom fan is loud (not horribly so) and the wifi didn't work (we used the password on the sign on the bedside (-)to note, wifi was very weak intermittent, owner informed me he was replacing the next day (+) the wifi connection was a bit poor and it needs a renovation here and there but overall it is a good (-)wifi isnt good and consequently tv isnt good (-) the wifi didn't work once while i was there which was a nuisance

bar downstairs doesn t close until 1 am and can get quite noisy

bar staff and the landlord where very helpful and friendly, the scottish breakfast was lovely,

a little bit noisy with music from the bar if you need an early night but otherwise brilliant.

mike was warm and welcoming and we got a chance to drink at the bar in front of a log fire

was unlucky that the room faced towards golf club when there was a very loud event, so

hotel available and it has so many activities including alpaca walking, archery, shooting, tennis golf billiards and the list goes on

the homemade breakfast was scrumptious and was halal. kids loved it and enjoyed their meal.
