this place was so dirty the spa had dirt coming out of the ducts like the water was recycled the ceiling fan was full of dust

location just next to the highway exit, on-site restaurant and bar with extremely friendly staff, excellent steakhouse (outback) some 3 minutes away by foot

there was an outdoor pool & hot tub but not available because of

vouchers for outside gym but not enough time to travel, work out, travel back to

it is on the ocean, and walking from the room to the gym or restaurant or the pool you notice the beauty of the location

kids enjoyed the pool while my husband and i enjoyed the spa

there is a game room/tv room for kids and adults alike with no money required for the machines

the covid restrictions re room service, pool closures, etc

sadly due to covid 19 the pool and spa were closed but that's no fault of the hotel

whirlpool/jets were not working in the spa.

it makes me not want to travel and stay again knowing the restaurant, bars, room service were closed and the pool had limitations

we could hear footsteps of kids walking and jumping from the ceiling

deadbolt on a door that doesn't close fully, some weird burns on the sheets and also stained, laundry is also stained

the 1st step in to the pool was super slippery

large rooms, super clean, amazing hot breakfast, great location, great value

pool, laundry, restaurant services, happy hour services were all “currently not open”

there are two great golf courses close and plenty of excellent restaurants and local shopping

best thing is that the hotel accomodates dogs as guests, also the room service was quick, food was delicious, the entire hotel is immaculately clean, the proximity

can't beat the location. easy beach access, good food and the room service was exceptional.

the staff is friendly and the restaurant and bar tender james are great

a friday night laker game in the bar at enzios, with a cocktail of choice is very relaxing

didnt like that i booked a king room with spa and recieved a full size bedroom with a spa im glad it still had a spa but i wanted my king
