desk, problem with heat thermostat, golf website problem, food ok not great, charged $150 convenience hold, no receipt on checkout,

& a bit of a hike from the rooms to the amenities but staff is available & encouraging to provide golf cart

the guy on the golf cart (i forgot his name-sorry) provided exceptional information and friendly advice (+) more city slickers with amazingly nice beds than fancy golf course style (+)in was easy and chris, the bellman, brought us to our room in the golf cart (-) they used the walk-way on the side of the room to park their maintenance/golf carts overnight, one behind the other (3 of them) so that we had to walk around onto the dirt, (-) one in a golf cart almost hit us on the walking path and didn t say anything as she drove past

i have always liked the westward look resort, look out bar and grill, pool and spa was nice.

the spa is an excellent refuge for adults with an adjacent gym, steam bath and sauna, and a salt plunge pool and serenity pool

few more bushes around the pool would have helped screen us from the business area behind the hotel (but it was not that bad)
