maybe the pool could have been warmer!

we were 30 minutes late for breakfast and they opened the whole breakfast back up so my kids and i could grab something to eat

probably the breakfast orange juice was deluded it did not have good taste

the hotel was clean. check-in was fast. breakfast was adequate. beds were comfortable.

we went to the laundry room and someone had left a profane note to someone else and left it on a dryer

staff was pleasant and accommodating. we loved the pool and hot tub!

my kids loved having a smart tv in the room with netflix programmed in

pool area clean. breakfast entries were sufficient

huge puddle of water was collecting by the elevators from people coming in from the pool during the evening hours

the back yard was awesome for the kids(with sport court) and the evening receptions were perfect

however i was a little disappointed because i read about the crater and golf being included in the price and it wasnt
