the spa was overcrowded with public not staying at the hotel and full of little kids

from reception, to kitchen staff, dining room ladies (rosheen -did i spell that right- and chrissie) and the room (+) the kitchen was handy and well provided (+)a very high standard quality food and great service our apartment was perfect for us with a great kitchen and plenty of space (+) had marvellous view from room 508 which had apartment facilities with good kitchen facilities (+) the kitchen was spot on and had everything we needed and the heating was great (-)kitchen could have been a little cleaner (+)easy walking distance to douglas and the tt main grandstand (but prepare for a very steep hill), kitchen in the room had everything we needed and there was plenty of space in the (+) the kitchen area was well equipped, all of the appliances were in good condition (+)of the hills and the sea and was well equipped - a cooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils (+) the kitchen was very well equipped better than any i've ever stayed in before, including a dishwasher

yes we were making noise kids were hyper after being at a concert but a phone call to the room would of cleared up any

expect parking to be so readily available but managed to park right out side the hotel with ease

point but the tables for single diners at breakfast are around the corner which was fine but the wifi couldn't get to that point

for housekeeping to make the beds and change the towels during our stay and that there were guest laundry facilities (coin meter) with detergent provided (+) they had an on-site coin laundry

lovely room and bar area. very pleasant staff and extremely comfy bed.

whole hotel is just a pleasure overall, room,breakfast,bed not 1 complaint from me, and will be staying again next

to be honest nothing it's a great place for a few days didn't even play golf ,

golf course, gym, spa and ample sized swimming pool
