the shuttle was awesome, marty was very helpful, respectful as well as very dependable

two room service employees kept trying to open my room door when i clearly had the chain attached so i

bathroom tub needed a good scrubbing. pool was not heated.

i said in previous review the kids would like the pool a little warmer but that is not of big concern
