meal portions in the library bar were too big

only slight gripe about the stay was wifi in the room was hit or miss

the room was very clean, the spa and jacuzzi is a must when visiting.

it really should be power washed as even though you cannot see it directly on driving to the parking area, if any visitor drives up to see the leisure centre, it s kind of off putting to see

great location close to golf at mount juliett

stayed in traceys was very accomadinting to all our needs from food drink and kids club swimming pool and leisure

when we got back from being out that night the man that was on the bar was so lovely to us he even brought us over plates of crisps to have with our drinks

socket on wall was dangerous for younger kids as it was lose

we arrived we asked them for early check in and they accept it again for check out we asked for late check out and they accept it the manager and the staff was really nice

for the kettle on the table so had to boil kettle on the floor, so it bea hazard to anyone with kids

the hotel didn't have a laundry service, which is imperative when traveling!

the breakfast was fabulous we were down stairs for 1 and 2nd morning had room service it was only 5euro which i think is fantastic for 2026

about our stay was amazing, we were there for a golf/party/family weekend and the hotel was great, staff were great everything was great

service in the bar could of been better seemed as if staff were under staffed.

a number of residents were having a drink, watching the golf on tv when he informed us at 11

back from golf and not one towel in room at 5 pm

we were not told about the swimming pool being available to guests

from reception to household to the bar staff very friendly atmosphere throughout

only downside was the thumping house music at 6 am from the gym but i was up for work anyway
