i paid a suppliment for a pool view room- big mistake- loud music from 10am-18

it was clean and the bar staff were friendly and helpful

the hours of the opening of the bar was too small

the staff don't smile and the bar and the restaurant people couldn't speak english.

room for my friends wedding and they said it would be there but it wasn't and i had to go to the bar so spoilt my surprise for my friend on her wedding

wifi not working at all! no effort of management to repair !

wifi was iffy the first day

wifi did not work and none of the tv channels worked.

the wifi was working well and the breakfast was delicious
