the driver that took us to golf courses was warm, nice and funny, even if we didn't have common language

the golf area is great with many options

if you love golf and lovely facilities then this is the place to stay

back rooms face residential area and golf course and mountains, thus not negative but worth to indicate

secure parking for our car and a great welcome from gaya the dog we booked dinner and that was also

free parking space

the room: the bed was really bad; one time, the room service staff took all our towels and didn't put new ones in

overall the apartment had an average standard with a modern kitchen

bed was uncomfortable, the kitchen,bedroom and the bathroom looked bad, they have not been repaired for a long time

towels with disgusting smell; items in the kitchen had not been washed possibly in months; the sofa was also old and looks dirty

kitchen was great for basic cooking

what was worst was that they charged for kids, toddlers probably even infants

this visit, it was quite noisy at night as there were a few kids around on a school trip slamming doors and running around

gym opens 9am which is too late but reception did offer to open earlier for us.

the pool is huge and amazing and the kids park is great

also location isn’t great if you have kids but defo great for a relaxing couple or golf

i had arrived early at 1030am, our room was ready which was fantastic as i had 2 tired kids

hotel was packed - no social distancing, kids running around unsupervised

though the stay was perfect, the waiter in the cocktail bar on sunday for the 5 pm teatime was the most unpolite person i have met in a long time

our kids were in the family pool and were told to be quiet
