when i went to sit in the bar area

we had booked the sunday night and the bar and restaurant were closed so we cannot comment on them, but the staff a were very friendly and

i actually had to mend the bed with string

with wifi and phone reception in backroom

the spa & pool were not open, which was a shame

wifi was good and even worked in the garden

restaurant provide a good selection of meals and breakfast was amazing

excellent waiter served breakfast, super dog friendly, great staff. spotless room

plenty of car parking space and good quality of food and drink for breakfast and evening

food and atmosphere in the bar below and a nicely sized, quiet refurbed room upstairs

as i could nt make breakfast the staff made me a a goody bag to take

could have eaten in the bar but this was almost empty

the bar and waiting staff were friendly and helpful, the owner would do well to take this on board

no parking. bar was noisy - probably due to a lack of soft furnishings.

place to stay with a dog, well proportioned bedroom, plenty of parking, great food whether breakfast or evening meal

no wifi in the bedroom and the wedding tent was too near to the building

the swimming pool and spa area is great but in this time of covid, don't forget to book a time to go to the pool

gym a bit small had a discretionary 5% for staff and as staff were so good we paid, however when

couldn t eat breakfast as the food was crawling with hundreds of flies and the food had fly eggs all over it

as we only came for a night and due to check in/out time and opening hours of the pool and gym was a bit tricky for us to use

closing early on the sunday my kids wanted to use the pool but i was not aware it shut at 2pm we went to lym regis rushed back

opening times for the pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi should be reconsidered

good location for doing a course at river cottage and the mini-kitchen facilities were also good for that because one of the perks of the course was being able to

access instructions on whattsapp,and i was blown away soon as we walked in the door ,very easy parking

downside was tiny terrace with furniture right next to parking area
